Our Shipping Policy

How It Works

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping time to the continental United States is 2-5 business days. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. Once your order is packaged for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, and another confirmation email once the package has been delivered.

PO BOXES and APO/FPO or U.S. TERRITORIES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders to these addresses will always ship via USPS Priority Mail service. 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) that exceed $75 before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied (customer must use code: freeship at checkout). Free shipping discount cannot be combined with any other offers/discounts.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments).
MISSING PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once a package has left our facility, the delivery carrier will hold all liability if a package is lost/stolen.

How It Works

At Lavishly Sheek Boutique, we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. We try to make our returns process easy and hassle-free. Please see below our entire returns policy. If you have any questions please email info@Lavishlysheek.com.
•  Any APPROVED returns made will be eligible for store credit only! We do not process REFUNDS, (If you ordered the wrong item and/or size we are not responsible for the shipping fee. 
• If an item happen to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (5) days After delivery day . ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (5) days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry.
•  If you are missing an item from your order, you will need to provide us with a photo of your packing slip you received. If you cannot provide us with this photo, we cannot assist you in the situation.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.

We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return, If the wrong shoe was sent to you we will cover shipping.

RETURNS PROCEDURE:
1. Pack and secure your item(s) in the smallest box possible, along with the packing slip that came with the order. If you do not have the original packing slip, you can print your order confirmation page that was sent to your email, or write your name and order # on a piece of paper.


2. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice (the cost of the return is your responsibility).
3.  Send back your item(s) to the address listed below:

Items must be returned in new, unworn and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packing and all of its contents.

Once we received your package, your store credit will be issued within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will only refund full amount for the cost of the item(s). Please note that your banking institution may take several days to process and post this transaction to your account (typically 3-5 business days).

**All sale items, handbags, and accessories are final. They are not eligible for return or store credit. All final sale products that are returned will not be processed and are subject to a re-ship fee.
